WANDERING LAB employs the technique of chromatography as a method for creating a self-portrait of the artist’s wandering lab, moments of a personal, collective and generational journey from digital hopefulness to environmental awareness. The moments and spaces are organised following the reading of the chromatography, situated between organic and mineral, thus escaping from a linear time-based organisation to embrace a topographical snapshot of an unfinished being in laboratories of becoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The work makes explicit the link between human and humus and the simultaneously temporal and atemporal state of continual flux that is the earth itself and ourselves as wandering, unfinished consciousnesses.

WANDERING LAB .http:\/\/stwst48x5.stwst.at\/en\/wandering_lab<\/a> was shown at STWST48x5 STAY UNFINISHED – 6 to 8 September 2019 in the artist run space STWST – is a 48-hour showcase extravaganza brings together critical producers and artists to negotiate permanently unfinished conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STWST48x5 STAY UNFINISHED addresses the programmatically unfinished, the real existing utopia and the ever expanding art contexts of the new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La receta de la colada morada: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1000 gramos de harina de ma\u00edz morado
\n2 kg. de moras
\n2.5 kg. de frutilla
\n5 pi\u00f1as
\n400 gr. de arandanos
\n12 ramas de canela
\n40 u. de clavo de olor
\n40 u. de pimienta de dulce
\n6 u. ishpingo
\nxxx kilo de az\u00facar
\nUn atado hierba luisa, ataco, hojas de naranja, cedr\u00f3n y array\u00e1n ( Esto se lo encuentra en el mercado ya listo y proporcionado)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Cernir bien -unas 3 veces- la harina de ma\u00edz morado usando un cedazo fino. Luego poner a remojar esta harina en \u00bd litro de agua tibia evitando que se formen grumos.<\/li>
  2. Hervir 2 litros de agua y agregar la mora, morti\u00f1o, naranjilla. Una vez cocida, licuar y cernir. <\/li>
  3. Hervir en 2 litros de agua las especias, la c\u00e1scara de la pi\u00f1a y el az\u00facar. Cuando rompa el hervor se agrega el atado de hierba y se deja enfriar. <\/li>
  4. Al liquido cernido de las especias a\u00f1adir la fruta licuada y cernida y agrega la pi\u00f1a cortada en cuadritos peque\u00f1os. A continuaci\u00f3n se agrega el harina de ma\u00edz morado y remover.<\/li>
  5. Dejar hervir 10 a 15 minutos. Para terminar se agregan las frutillas picadas. <\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
